We want you to be obsessed with your look, but if a product isn't performing for you, we offer a 30-day return window for unused and unopened beauty products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been swatched or used.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the names of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your unopened products in their original boxes to ensure they are protected from damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix your prepaid shipping label to the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
